Food enterprises must face several amendments of legal regulations these days. The legislators’ objective was to develop a uniform law and order, which puts all of the regulations in frame regarding food production and trade. Though the food product manufacturers must have the commencement of their activities licensed in some cases in accordance with the previous practice, in other instances they only have disclosure obligation, Ferenc Deák, Deputy Head of Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development stated when outlining the relevant regulations at the Conference of the national Trade Association.
